9Coderz API – Vendor Terms and Conditions By registering as a vendor and using 9Coderz API services, you agree to the following terms: 1. VENDOR ACCOUNT You are responsible for providing accurate registration and business information and for keeping your account credentials secure. 2. AUTHORIZED USE The platform may only be used for legitimate and lawful business communication. Spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, misleading messages, or other unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. 3. WHATSAPP & META COMPLIANCE You are responsible for complying with applicable WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta policies, including requirements relating to customer consent, messaging, templates, and acceptable business practices. 4. CUSTOMER CONSENT You must obtain any consent or opt-in required before contacting customers through WhatsApp or other communication services available through the platform. 5. ACCOUNT AND PHONE NUMBER APPROVAL 9Coderz API cannot guarantee approval or continued availability of WhatsApp Business Accounts, phone numbers, message templates, business verification, or other services controlled by Meta or third-party providers. 6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS Vendors are responsible for subscription fees and other applicable charges associated with their selected plan. Access to paid services may be restricted if payment is overdue or unsuccessful. 7. PLATFORM LIMITS Features, message limits, contact limits, automation limits, and other usage allowances may depend on the selected subscription plan. 8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION 9Coderz API may restrict or suspend an account where there is evidence of spam, fraud, security threats, policy violations, non-payment, misuse of the platform, or unlawful activity. 9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Certain features depend on third-party services including WhatsApp and Meta. 9Coderz API is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, policy changes, account decisions, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control. 10. DATA RESPONSIBILITY Vendors are responsible for ensuring that customer information uploaded, collected, stored, or processed through their account is handled in accordance with applicable laws and required permissions. 11. SERVICE CHANGES 9Coderz API may update platform features, plans, limits, integrations, or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated where required. 12.
