WHATSAPP AND META POLICIES Users are responsible for complying with all applicable WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta, messaging, consent, template, and commerce policies. 9Coderz API does not guarantee approval of WhatsApp accounts, phone numbers, message templates, or business verification by Meta. 4. CUSTOMER CONSENT You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consent from recipients before sending marketing, promotional, or other communications where consent is required. 5. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS 9Coderz API reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts involved in misuse, spam, fraud, policy violations, security threats, or unlawful activity. 6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Some platform functionality may depend on third-party services, including Meta and WhatsApp. Changes, restrictions, outages, suspensions, or policy decisions made by third-party providers may affect the availability of certain features. 7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the platform. 8. FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS Paid features and plans are subject to the pricing, billing cycle, limits, and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
