These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the 9Coderz API website, platform, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. USE OF THE SERVICE
9Coderz API provides business communication, customer management, automation, messaging, bot, campaign, API, webhook, and related functionality.
You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Activities performed through your account
• Keeping your business and contact information current
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use 9Coderz API for:
• Spam or unsolicited messaging prohibited by applicable rules
• Fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive activities
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Malware or other harmful content
• Unauthorized collection or use of personal information
• Activities that violate applicable Meta or WhatsApp policies
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law
4. CUSTOMER CONSENT
You are responsible for obtaining any consent, opt-in, or other authorization required before communicating with customers.
You are also responsible for honoring applicable opt-out and communication preference requirements.
5. WHATSAPP AND META SERVICES
Certain 9Coderz API features may rely on services provided by Meta and WhatsApp.
Users of these features are responsible for complying with applicable WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
9Coderz API does not control decisions made by Meta or WhatsApp regarding business verification, account approval, phone numbers, message templates, messaging restrictions, account quality, suspension, or other platform decisions.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PLANS
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Each plan may have different limits for contacts, campaigns, automation, team members, API access, AI features, or other functionality.
Current plan features and pricing displayed by 9Coderz API at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant subscription, subject to these Terms.
7. PAYMENTS
Subscription fees must be paid using an available payment method.
Where manual bank transfer is used, subscription activation may require payment verification.
Access to paid services may be suspended or restricted if payment is unsuccessful, overdue, reversed, or cannot be verified.
8. THIRD-PARTY CHARGES
9Coderz API subscription fees do not automatically include charges imposed by Meta, WhatsApp, payment processors, or other third-party providers unless specifically stated in the applicable plan or offer.
Users are responsible for applicable third-party charges associated with their usage.
9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Users may cancel their subscription in accordance with the options available through the platform or by contacting support.
Eligibility for a refund, if any, will depend on the applicable purchase terms, service circumstances, and any refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.
Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for an already-used subscription period unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to maintain reliable platform availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, updates, internet problems, third-party outages, Meta or WhatsApp service changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.
11. API, WEBHOOKS AND INTEGRATIONS
Where API, webhook, or integration functionality is provided, users are responsible for securing their credentials and implementing integrations appropriately.
API keys, tokens, passwords, and other credentials must not be shared publicly or used to facilitate unauthorized access.
12. DATA AND PRIVACY
Use of personal information through the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Businesses using 9Coderz API are responsible for ensuring that customer data they upload or process has been collected and used lawfully and with any required permissions.
13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
• Violation of these Terms
• Spam or platform abuse
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Security threats
• Non-payment
• Serious third-party policy violations
• Legal or regulatory requirements
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9Coderz API and its original platform content, branding, software elements, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some platform functionality depends on third-party providers.
We are not responsible for third-party policy changes, outages, restrictions, account decisions, or discontinuation of services outside our reasonable control.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 9Coderz API will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS
We may modify platform features, subscription plans, limits, integrations, or these Terms when reasonably necessary.
Updated Terms will be made available through the website or platform. Where required, material changes will be communicated to users.
